Switzerland's happiest customers – SWICA once again receives the top rating in health insurance surveys
In 2024 SWICA also comes first in the representative K-Tipp customer satisfaction survey. In fact, SWICA is way out in front with 72% of its customers declaring themselves very satisfied. This is the result of ongoing investment in customer service and the dedication of SWICA's hard-working employees.

SWICA has once again received a top rating in a comparison of health insurers carried out by Comparis in 2024. SWICA's score of 5.1 was the highest of the largest Swiss health insurers. SWICA is delighted to have such satisfied customers.
