Switzerland's happiest customers – SWICA once again receives the top rating in health insurance surveys

Whether with K-Tipp, Comparis, bonus.ch and AmPuls â€“ in comparisons of health insurers, SWICA outperformed all the major Swiss health insurers to secure 1st place overall for customer satisfaction. SWICA would like to thank everyone for rating us so highly.

This has been confirmed by the 2024 K-Tipp customer satisfaction survey. And it's not only K-Tipp: bonus.ch and AmPuls also put SWICA in first place (find out more).

In 2024 SWICA also comes first in the representative K-Tipp customer satisfaction survey. In fact, SWICA is way out in front with 72% of its customers declaring themselves very satisfied. This is the result of ongoing investment in customer service and the dedication of SWICA's hard-working employees.

In the customer satisfaction survey 2024 conducted by the bonus.ch comparison site, SWICA ranked best in the health insurance category with a score of 5.3. In the «Customer service» sub-category we led the field with a rating of 5.4.
