Cancelling basic insurance when switching to SWICA

Would you like to switch to SWICA and cancel your existing basic insurance with your current health insurance provider? Please note the notice period for your basic insurance as of 30 November. Send the completed termination form for your previous insurance policy to SWICA in good time. We guarantee that it will only be sent to your previous insurer if you are unconditionally insured with SWICA in accordance with your wishes.
