Order or display your card in mySWICA

It's easy to order your insurance card in the mySWICA customer portal. You can also present the card digitally in mySWICA when you visit the doctor. Just click on the green card symbol at the top right of the screen after logging in. Here you can find more information about the mySWICA customer portal.

Note: Your replacement card will be sent to you in three to four weeks. If you are planning a trip to an EU/EFTA country and cannot wait until the replacement card arrives, we recommend that you order the substitute certificate. We shall send you this immediately.
