Chia pudding with mango and cinnamon

Ingredients
220 g coconut milk27 g chia seeds
11 g agave syrup
2 mangoes
100 ml water
Large pinch grated lemon zest
Large pinch ground cinnamon
How to make it
- Peel and dice the mangoes.
- Blend the mango and water thoroughly.
- Pour the mango purée into a bowl.
- Add all of the ingredients to the bowl and mix everything together.
- Leave to stand in the fridge for at least two hours.
- Garnish with pomegranate seeds or nuts.
