Despite 2023 being a challenging year, the finances of SWICA Healthcare Organisation remain solid, with the Company reporting a corporate loss of 34 million francs. The premium volume was 5.8 billion francs. At the start of 2024, SWICA had approximately 1.7 million insured persons.
