Occupational Health Management (OHM)

With Occupational Health Management (OHM), SWICA's objective is to minimise absenteeism and presenteeism, reinforce potential health factors, and improve the general wellbeing of employees. OHM combines all the measures aimed at preventing or reducing absences due to illness or accident. It ideally complements group healthcare insurance and accident insurance.

OHM – this is how our specialists operate

Based on your input, our specialists will develop an individual OHM concept that is tailored to your needs. This process breaks down into four overlapping components.
  1. Analysis: A reliable database is assembled based on business analysis, online assessments and SWICA appraisals.
  2. Development: Measures for sustained success (e.g. the development of an approach to absence and presence management) are defined.
  3. Implementation: Prevention and reintegration measures are put in place.
  4. Controlling: A critical look at what has been achieved and a comparison with the previously defined key figures round out the SWICA approach.
